As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements - Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive project proposals - Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors - Negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids - Utilize industry software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates - Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide cost control recommendations - Review change orders and adjust estimates accordingly - Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in the build industry - Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices - Proficiency in using estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors - Strong organizational and time management abilities We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
