We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in using the online scheduling program called HUMANITY.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule lifeguards for 50 facilities - Manage Humnaity operations related to scheduling - Input and update lifeguard information in Humanity - Ensure lifeguards needs are met promptly - Maintain lifeguard records and ensure confidentiality - Collaborate with the office staff to optimize scheduling processes
Experience:
- Prior experience in using Humanity is preferred - Familiarity with scheduling software Humanity - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the efficient coordination lifeguard schedules.
