Must possess strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to multitask while properly prioritizing high impact workflow.
Duties consist of but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling meetings, employee scheduling, and managing calendars.
Answering phone calls, email correspondences and handling catering invoices.
Assisting with daily time management, making sure goals set forth are attainable and achievable.
Running errands as requested including in-store supplies & grocery orders if needed.
Assist with social media engagement, content creation and execution.
Daily check-ins to recap.
