We are looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor The Service Advisor will be responsible for working closely with our automotive service team to ensure that we are consistently providing excellent service to each of our customers.
An ideal candidate has experience working in a service environment and a strong passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Give scheduled and unscheduled maintenance check to vehicles.
Provide accurate and complete estimates for repairs and maintenance work.
Perform vehicle inspections as part of the repair process.
Communicate with vehicle owner (or primary driver) on issues or concerns.
Calculate costs associated with repairing a vehicle.
Document all repair and maintenance work performed on a vehicle.
Have the ability to upsell needed repairs or services Ensure that your workspace is kept clean and organized.
